How URBN CEO Glen Senk sees mobile as a game-changer

Glen Senk just seems like one of those people you want to work for. Dressed meticulously in a colorful blue bowtie and perfectly tailored suit (the first thing from his Shop.org Summit keynote that people were raving about on Twitter), Senk spent an hour this morning enlightening attendees on everything from mobile to merchandising to social media. He also conveyed a deep trust of his employees and a humble nature – characteristics that have undoubtedly been partially responsible for his rise from Bloomingdale’s assistant buyer to CEO of URBN, a $2.5 billion company representing companies like Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie and Free People.

While much of what he said was absolutely riveting – and a few attendees even mentioned his was the best keynote they have ever heard – some of Senk’s most compelling insights came when he was talking about mobile retail. Here’s a snapshot of what he had to say about how he envisions mobile retail changing the shopping experience.

Intriguing report and 1 which must be much more widely regarded about in my see. Your amount of detail is very good and also the clarity of writing is fantastic. I have bookmarked it to suit your needs to ensure that other individuals will likely be capable to find out what you must say.
