While all eyes currently are focused on next week’s Shop.org Annual Summit, we know that retailers also are getting ready for the holiday season that’s about to start. To that, two notes:
1. The 2009 eHoliday Study has just launched, and we invite all retailers to participate in the pre-holiday survey. Covering merchandising, marketing, promotions, customer service, and fulfillment, we’d like to hear how retailers are preparing for the season. More information is available on our site, and please drop me a line if you’d like to participate (this survey closes on October 2). All survey participants receive a copy of the aggregated, anonymous results later in October, along with the results of the consumer survey that we’re running simultaneously.
2. All eHoliday Study ’09 participants also will receive the 2010 Holiday Strategy & Planning Guide when we publish that next summer. If you haven’t already done so this year, do take a few minutes to check out the 2009 edition (member log in required to download the full Guide).
