As e-commerce grows, it becomes more critical to verify and protect the identity of online shoppers.  We are a group of Santa Clara EMBA students developing a business plan to improve the security of online transactions and reduce fraud. The system adds a simple yet effective authorization step to the checkout process. We would like to interview and/or survey online merchants to better understand current practices and future
needs.
